Nobody’s shot yet.

Which means nothing has been given away, and the first frame up is worth 1.50× — the most a shot is worth all day. Take it blind and the rest of the board spends the day reading yours.

Play earlier, score higher. Every score is multiplied by this, and it slides all day — but the longer you wait, the more the board tells you.

What is this?

Close Enuf is a daily guessing game played in pictures.

There’s one secret prompt a day and nobody is shown it. You upload a picture, an AI judge scores how close you got out of 100, and everyone’s scores go up on the board. Work out the prompt from the board. Closest shot at 7pm wins the day.

It runs all day, and that is the game: shoot at 7am and you know nothing but your shot is worth the most it will be worth all day. Wait, and the board tells you more while your shot is worth less.

Read the board, the past rounds and the leaderboards without an account. Signing in is what lets you shoot.

The three rules
  1. 01

    Take a shot

A photo, a drawing, a screenshot, something an AI made. 5 a day — but they are not all worth the same. Your first 2 count in full, then the shot multiplier tapers: 0.90× on your third, 0.80× on your fourth and 0.70× on your fifth.

  2. 02

    Read the board

Everyone’s shots and scores are below. That is your only clue to the prompt.

  3. 03

    Beat the clock

Shots are worth 1.50× at 7am and 1.00× by 7pm. Every hour you hang on tells you more and pays you less. The two multiply together, so a late last shot is worth well under 1.00×.
